By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. GiveCycle is a program operated by SAMU INTERNATIONAL.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

GiveCycle provides a logistics service for the collection and recycling of used textiles, clothing, and household items, with the aim of promoting sustainability and supporting charitable causes.

2. DONOR ELIGIBILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Ownership: You represent that the donated items are your property and that you have the authority to donate them.

Acceptable Items: We only accept items that meet our quality standards (clothing, shoes, bedding, etc.). We reserve the right to refuse items that are wet, contaminated with hazardous materials, or not on our list of accepted items.

Access: You agree to provide safe and clear access for our drivers to perform the collection on the scheduled date.

3. MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS (SMS)

By consenting to GiveCycle’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of GiveCycle (SAMU INTERNATIONAL) through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.

Program Description: Text messages may include scheduling confirmations, driver arrival notifications, and service updates.

Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number provided. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.

4. USE OF WEBSITE

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using the site to transmit any material that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos (such as "GiveCycle"), and software, is the property of SAMU INTERNATIONAL (operating as GiveCycle) or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
