How it works

Booking a pickup takes less than two minutes. We handle the sorting and recycling so you can feel good about where your textiles go.

1. Schedule your pickup

Choose a day and time that works for you. Share a few details about your textiles so we can plan your route efficiently.

2. Leave your bag at the door

On pickup day, place clearly labeled bags outside your door or at your building’s designated area. No need to wait at home.

3. We sort, donate & recycle

Usable items support local charities. Worn-out textiles are turned into new materials instead of waste. You’ll receive a confirmation email after pickup.

Every scheduled pickup helps us partner with local shelters, reuse centers, and recycling facilities to create a circular system for textiles in our community.

Since launch, our community has:

• Diverted over 12,000 lbs of textiles from landfill
• Supported 5+ local shelters with clothing donations
• Saved an estimated 200,000+ gallons of water by reducing new textile production

What we can pick up

We accept most household textiles in any condition — from like-new to worn out. Please make sure everything is clean and dry.

Everyday clothing: shirts, pants, dresses, skirts, suits
Outerwear: jackets, coats, scarves, hats, gloves
Accessories: belts, bags, wallets (no hard suitcases)
Household textiles: sheets, pillowcases, blankets, duvets, comforters
Towels and bath linens
Fabric scraps and worn-out textiles (no metal or heavy hardware attached)
Children’s and baby clothing

We can’t accept: heavily soiled or moldy items, wet textiles, mattresses, rugs, or items contaminated with chemicals.

Preparing your donation

Wash and fully dry all items
Place textiles in tied bags (reuse bags when possible)
Label bags “GiveCycle” so our drivers can easily identify them
Separate delicate or high-value donations into a smaller bag, if needed
